For prepaid orders, payment must be received before the order is accepted and processed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation is subject to delivery serviceability at your pincode.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Cancellations after order acceptance may not be possible once the order is dispatched. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale.

All prices on novahairserum.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - available Pan India

We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation on working days (Monday–Saturday). Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days across India, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or any circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, risk of loss passes to you. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
