Shipping Policy

At NOVA Advanced Serums, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation on working days (Monday to Saturday, 10AM – 6PM IST). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after successful order confirmation via our system. You may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team before dispatch for COD orders.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship Pan India using trusted logistics partners including:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • India Post (for select remote pincodes)

The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery pincode and may vary. We always choose the fastest available option for your location.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) - 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities4–6 business days
  • Remote areas and rural pincodes6–10 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, sale events, public holidays, or due to weather or logistics disruptions outside our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
  • ₹50 shipping charge on prepaid orders below ₹499
  • ₹70 COD handling charge on all Cash on Delivery orders

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India. Please ensure that the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner is not authorised to accept partial payments or provide change. A COD handling fee of ₹70 applies to all COD orders.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package. Repeated failed deliveries may result in your account being flagged for prepaid-only orders in future.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • Email (to the address provided at checkout)
  • WhatsApp or SMS (to your registered mobile number)

You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website or app to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at novamordenayurvedha@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch and tracking shows no update for more than 3 days, please contact us immediately. We will raise a complaint with the carrier and resolve the issue within 5–7 working days.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with damaged or tampered packaging, please:

  1. Take a clear photo or video of the package before opening it
  2. Take a photo of the damaged product inside
  3. Email both photos to novamordenayurvedha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after reviewing the photos. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a free pickup and deliver the correct product at no extra cost.

International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are an international customer interested in NOVA products, please write to us at novamordenayurvedha@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Address and Pincode Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and pincode are entered correctly at checkout. NOVA is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Address changes after order dispatch are not possible.
