Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for unopened products. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unused, with original packaging and seal intact. You'll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at novamordenayurvedha@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and full instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first - items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at novamordenayurvedha@gmail.com with a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products (serums, oils)
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
- Sale items or products purchased using a discount code
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the unopened item and place a fresh order for the correct product. Once your return is accepted, we will process it accordingly.
Cash on Delivery Orders
If you placed a COD order and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or UPI - we will collect your bank details after the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, or bank account).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at novamordenayurvedha@gmail.com.
